Stock Up. Don’t Run Out.
Costco was looking for a solution to drive larger basket sizes for P&G products as stock-up solutions. We picked up on an interesting and funny trend of people sharing moments of having to rely on whatever substitute they had on hand when they ran out of these sort of products, and crafted a campaign around that idea. Using simple, clever communications and color blocking, we launched an in-store and digital “this, not that” effort that resulted in a huge sales lift by reminding shoppers of the “don’t get caught without” reality of not having the things you need at home.
