Philips Norelco Look Finder
Norelco was looking for a way to connect with their under-served college-aged audience. We saw an opportunity to tap into the desire to try out new looks for their new life with a smart, AI-powered grooming tool and an amazing collaboration with actor Adam Scott.
Smoke the Competition with Mobil 1
Mobil 1 wanted to boost their DIY oil change program with long-time partner Advance Auto Parts. We reached out to NASCAR legend Tony Stewart to create a campaign centered around his legendary competitiveness and raced to new sales records.
P&G Go #2 at the Super Bowl
We knew we could boost P&G’s sales of home-cleaning goods around America’s biggest house party day. With essentially no budget and no time, we rushed to Minneapolis and created a guerrilla campaign that resulted in one of their best sales conversions of the year.
Additional Work Highlights
Lé Pizza Haute by Pizza Hut
“Pizza face” isn’t always a bad thing. With $0 spent on product development, manufacturing, or social buys, we “created” a skin care line inspired by the tasty ingredients that Pizza Hut customers have always loved. Was it just an April Fool’s Day prank? Sure, if you believe in such conspiracy theories. But did it also lead to a huge boost in loyalty program signups and brand visibility. Ooh la la, you better believe it.
Mars Candy Call It
A very last-minute client change led to one of my favorite program pivots ever. Led by my love of Super Bowl prop bets, we created an all-new game centered around bets that covered every aspect of the broadcast and prizes that no one had ever seen before.
Duracell’s Future of Battery Technology
Our clients came to us looking for a sales video touting the launch of their brand-new battery technology that would spike power outputs like never before. We saw an opportunity for more, and pitched a mini-documentary that would showcase not just the tech, but the people who made it and the brand partners that benefit from it. Even when a global pandemic caused us to change everything, we delivered a video that led to additional partnerships and helped shoppers understand the real Duracell difference.
P&G Dollar General NFL Draft Cart
P&G wanted to make a big impact with their NFL Draft partnership in Nashville. We had their sponsorship of the P&G Beauty Bar, which got players and their families ready for the big day, plus a mandate to create a bundled product program for Dollar General customers. We did the only natural thing: hire a street-legal, giant shopping cart to tool around the city, chauffeur players and families to the event, and serve as the eye-grabbing centerpiece for our campaign that lifted sales and spirits for NFL fans everywhere.
Febreze Car Clips Launch
No one wants to ride in a smelly car, but let’s face it. Whatever odors make up your busy life, they always seem to find a way to define what you drive. Febreze came to us with a new car clip product launch and wanted to roll out an omnichannel campaign that drove home the realities of a stinky life that positioned Febreze as the solution. We delivered whimsical illustrations and clever copy that met drivers on the road, in their stores, and on their socials to spark a successful launch that led to new innovations still seen today.
Syfy Comic-Con Communications
Never say a life spend geeking out doesn’t eventually pay off. After some fruitful freelance work, Syfy reached out to me for help creating comms to use for their livestream coverage of a few difference comic conventions (San Diego, Emerald City, and Chicago C2E2). They wanted to keep viewers engaged in the spaces leading up to and between panel coverages and event exhibits, so I tapped into a wealth of nerdy knowledge to write up hundreds of copy lines for hold screens, teasers, banners, billboards, and social. Truly, a dream job.
